Jack Maslen is the Senior Client Services Officer at OakView Financial, where he plays a key role in overseeing workflow management and providing process support within insurance operations. He actively monitors insurance policies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing, maintaining high service standards across the portfolio. Jack began his career in large-scale event operations, managing high-profile events at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Southport Sharks, and during the 2016 Commonwealth Games. Working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, he developed exceptional organisational and time management skills, alongside a meticulous attention to detail that ensured seamless event delivery. Leading teams of up to 100 staff, Jack cultivated a leadership style grounded in clear communication, accountability, and team cohesion.
