Client Services Officer

ABOUT

Kayden Milburn is a confident, driven and enthusiastic Client Services Officer at OakView Financial. He is responsible for coordinating the implementation of client advice, including the establishment of new insurance, superannuation and investment accounts.

Kayden plays a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience. He works closely with clients to outline requirements, manage documentation and liaise with providers to ensure each recommendation is implemented efficiently and accurately. Through proactive communication and timely updates, he ensures clients remain informed and supported throughout the implementation process.

Originally from Hervey Bay, Kayden built extensive experience at Bunnings Warehouse before entering the financial services sector with OakView Financial. As a Store Administrator, he was responsible for safety, compliance and administrative operations, which sharpened his attention to detail and adaptability in high-pressure environments.

Kayden is currently completing a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Human Resources) at Queensland University of Technology, building on his Certificate IV in Justice. By combining academic study with practical experience, he continues to develop strong analytical, financial and interpersonal capabilities. His leadership was recognised early on through the Australian Defence Force Long Tan Leadership Award for his commitment to leadership and service to the community.

Outside of the collared-white shirt, Kayden enjoys running, camping and adventuring. He values time at the beach and unwinding with friends, maintaining a balanced lifestyle that supports both his wellbeing and professional performance.

Proud of his achievements, Kayden remains committed to continuous growth and professional development, with a clear focus on client satisfaction, trust and transparency.

Client Testimonials

Our Process: OakView Wealth Cycle

OakView Financial builds financial plans that empower our diverse range of clients. The cornerstone is the OakView Wealth Cycle.

It begins as a seedling, where no real financial investment strategy or direction is implemented. The analogy of a seedling is used because of its early state, attempting to find its roots in the ground and become something more than a seed.

Steadily, with expert tailored guidance, your financial journey can grow into a trunk and begin to branch out and bloom. Finally, it’s time to let new seeds out as you move into a retired lifestyle – referred to as seeding.
